Been offered a job on the international engineering team. Any Udacians who can comment on the company, culture, outlook, tech growth opportunities, etc?
People here are great. Benefits are amazing. The company is going through a lot of growing pains as it scales, it's gotten very big very quickly, but it's all manageable (working cross functionally, product launches, etc.) Severely resource constrained in terms of people, you'll do a lot of things and never feel like you did enough. Some of the smartest people I've ever worked with, best place I've worked in 20 years.
100% agree. The best company I've worked at. It's not boring though in the current phase of rapid growth.
I second the above, Udacity has been the best work experience I've ever had in 15 years of full time work. I attribute this to the people I get to work with and the students. Not boring :-D that is one way of describing it!
Udacity has an extremely positive culture. Especially compare to some of the snarky, toxic stuff you see on here!
Best company i have ever worked for. Company culture is great. People are friendly and helpful.
