I heard on average each Bungie employee will get 1M probably paid over the next 4 years, but that’s pretty good.
People thought I was crazy leaving FAANG for Bungie. My base and bonus quadrupled when I took the job, my rsu from this sony buy made me a millionaire, AND we have retention bonuses coming (what you referred to above) that pay over 4 years. F-king amazing.
That’s great thank Sony because not all companies do that during an acquisition. They obviously know the right people are already working in this company, and cared enough to make sure you guys are happy.
Looks like people might have a half portion of rsu converted into cash and remainings spread over 4 yrs... Not sure about their options. I am unable to understand how much I would get but saw people in blind pretty clear about that...
