From what I've seen SWE starts around 140k as base. Senior starts around 180k + bonus (10-15%) + options

Mid level SWE ranges from 130-150k as base. Senior base from what I’ve heard from previous employees ranges from 150-175k. Bonus is up to 10% of your base salary, depends on your performance for the year.
