2 YoE and 180K TC, op, forget about Siemens. I have a PhD, plus 5 YoE, TC is 140K. Siemens is known for paying the lowest across the whole industry.
Why would you come to siemens with a 2 yoe experience and 180k? I can tell you that Siemens pays a little. People in my group are trying very hard to get out of it.
Don’t come to siemens healthineers. I am surprised this company is still there. It’s the worst experience I have had throughout my career
