Has anyone recently traveled to India with Lufthansa? What are the COVID requirements and transit visa requirements in Germany? I'm currently on STEM OPT and traveling in December. Thanks in advance TC 120k

Lufthansa is the worst airline. Be prepared to sleep on the airport chair if you missed your connecting flight because the previous flight was late.
Did you even try searching? https://lufthansa.travel-regulations.com/?language=en&apptarget=external%20
Don’t fly Lufthansa, generally find European airlines racist and have very poor customer service both on and off airplane, my 2 c
Travelled yesterday. I flew Emirates. India has a requirement for Air suvida to be filled which has requirements of RT-PCR + vaccination card. I was asked boarding my flight to India in Dubai to have Air suvida form + mask on. I think that applies to everyone going to India. Although no one asked for it in immigration in India.
Did you take rt-pcr before flying?
Yup I had to fill air suvida form it requires the date when RT-PCR was taken and the last vaccination shot date.
Why do you want to complicate your travel by flying via Europe ? With your current visa status just fly via Middle East
Be prepared if your check in baggage does not arrive in time or gets lost
