Failed big 3 GAF phone screens
It's just too difficult I think for me to interview over phone. Issue is not with coming up with solution. Given same problem on online coding test, I can solve it.
I feel the pain too. With whiteboard, I have a much clear brain
Always can use board during phone screen unless you are during travel, same thing
But interviewer can't see the board, right?
What I hate is that they tell you to talk while you think or ask you to write on the google doc instead of draw on paper. Well, I cant talk and think at the same time, and I cant draw.. on your fucking google doc. Onsites are much easier than phone interviews
You have to talk out your thoughts for onsite too
It's so easy to explain on paper or board by drawing, but they expect to explain without drawing and on editor, this is soooo crazy😭
Facebook lets you come onsite for 1 hr interview instead of doing it over the phone. Ask your recruiter

If the issue is not with coming up solution, so what is it? You can’t say boo to a goose or what? TC?
