Thanks , I do eat leafy green and seems better approach
125mcg D3 (5000 IU), paid $2 from the discount store. Vitamin D deficiency is extremely common in America.
Good price
I take separate D (D3 5000iu x2, 10k IU total) and K (K1 + K2 MK4 + K2 MK7) supplements. My doctor recommended (in general, not the specific supplements) the high dose D a few years ago before the pandemic after a D blood test was really low. K was a recommendation online because high dose D on its own can lead to arterial calcification. My doctor doesn't agree on the risk but said the K supplement is harmless.
Thanks for the information
How is Product at Atlassian? Is it the hidden Google (culture-wise) I was told?
I have been consuming the live conscious brand you pasted the exact one and really nice. Since vitamin d3 should be taken with k2 as well.
That’s great to know, thanks
Lukewarm milk at night is best.
I’ve used many brands - Pure Encapsulation was recommended by my PCP. I also tried Dr.Berg’s and Sports Research brands.
Better to live in Sunny state as compared to eating vitamin D supplements whole life. I live in Seattle and taking Vitamin D and calcium supplements.
Has anyone here tried Bronson k2 + d3? I’ve been taking it for about a year now but on & off. I haven’t seen much improvement in my blood work though.
