Yes sounds super cool. How do you filter out neutral mentions? I mean when I used BrandWatch 90% of mentions were neutral and missed the mark on negative mentions. It’s not just about listening to brand mentions across platforms but more about being able to read those mentions correctly.
Hundo percent. We have a slick logic for filtering relevant mentions and sentiment. (Previously my lamentable job using brandwatch was clustering tweets about “Android” and “pixel” which were mostly just Dragon Ball Z references and TV ads). And we have a sentiment measure that we’d love some feedback on soon, but is built based on really tight context windows.
