Financially you'll almost certainly be better off for the same kind of work. Product wise see if you care about what Facebook has to offer. Personally I still think there's lots of interesting applications you can build on top of the social graph and Facebook is the only company you can really do this at.
Facebook is a great place to go to if you only care about TC. Forget about having a good impact on the world or having work life balance. You’ll just be making big checks and working a lot.
Its funny that most of the people here talk about Facebook without even working there. But yet they know a lot about the culture, WLB etc. Lol sour grapes
We know from friends who work there and the media.
