I am starting to think Chinese interviewers currently fail non-Chinese candidates on purpose.
Tony West, Uber’s chief legal officer, said Wednesday that the company was confident that its drivers will be able to legally maintain their independent status when the measure goes into effect on Jan. 1. “Several previous rulings have found that drivers’ work is outside the usual course of Uber’s business, which is serving as a technology platform for several different types of digital marketplaces,” Mr. West said. Lol this is even more interesting. I walk up to Uber stall sign up as a driver and claim my self to be a full time employee instead of contractor don't drive/ perform as a full time employee will I be paid a salary before letting go?? Will I be put Under a pip plan ,😂😂 ?? This is going to be so awesome to see these corporate bastards scrambling like head cut chickens.
