I’m not sure what you’re asking or if you mean refreshers or just the initial grant.
Arista gives you an initial grant when you join and it varies based on your experience, competing offer, and negotiation skills. The refresher to this grant typically start after 4 years.
Based on your bi-annual performance reviews, you may also get an RSU grant at that time but I won’t count it as refresher.
Yes, I’m more interested in the RSU refreshers. So there is some RSU grant during bi-annual performance, do you have some range?
Also, how will they manage to keep the TC same or above after 4 years?
Unfortunately Arista is very opaque for these things. It has a unique 360 review system which lands you in a bucket regardless of your seniority/experience and whether you get RSU, and if so, how much, varies a lot based on a various factors.
Refreshers activate at the end of your grant and my understanding is that they are supposed to be somewhat equal or a bit higher in value to your signing grant so you don’t see a big drop in your TC at the end of 4 years.
