Alteryx salaries

Hi How is the typical Staff engineer salary at Alteryx for 10-15 yoe? I am not finding any datapoints at all

Unsure about staff but we have a new CTO who is normalizing pay bands. Not sure what that will mean for engineering but apparently we're supposed to be given info in the next month or so so keep an ear to the ground.

Thanks 🙏 how is the pay at alteryx currently? I realize its not fang level but is it comparable to like tier 2 companies

I'm happy with my pay - I probably could have been a dick about RSUs and gotten more but I gave them a number and they hit it so I accepted. On that note TC is definitely not maxed, but salary and bonus are on par with other tier 2's in the area. WLB is great. Again new CEO so things could be changing. (Google around - he has a good reputation). There has been some restructuring of bonuses and I suspect.a bit more in the coming months. Maybe stick a resume in at the end of Feb and see what happens? My recruiter was very transparent with me.
