Depending on the org. There are Music and AWS here. Music has every wednesday WFH day with no meetings, not super fast paced as AWS or Alexa so that means good enough wlb. There are some snacks(mostly meh but some good ones on some floors). VPs and most directors are here so all important meetings like All hands, parties etc happen here instead of seattle and you don’t feel left out being remote. Career growth opportunities depends on the particular team. Music is growing fast and teams are doubling every year so you see many new folks around.
