Amazon Alexa Video Team Work Culture
I got a job offer with Amazon Alexa Video team. I am just curious how this team is doing at Amazon and how the work culture look like? How about WLB? Any inputs appreciated.
Very bad WLB. I dropped Alexa offer to join salesforce.
Worst org in Alexa, honestly. Constantly beat up by a horrible leadership team. They had over 60% attrition this past year
Hope you made right call, Alexa video is one of worst orgs with high attrition rate.
