amazon performance review bonus
How does performance bonus work at Amazon. I am joining soon and was interested how that works. I belive its through RSUs right ? Anyone willing to give their example ?

If you get TT you get moved closer to top of the band
It's more "fight to keep your salary" then it is performance bonus. Also, any grants take about a year to vest, so you'll only see a "reward" for your work today in ~2 years time. All of this applies starting in year 2. You won't likely be getting any extra vests before then outside of promo.
There is PIP bonus which is called severance
You get more RSU if you’re rated highly enough . Otherwise you get some rsu to hit the 15% growth
