amazon to wayfair
I had a recruiter from Wayfair reach out to me for a role. If Iโm an L6 at Amazon, what level should i target for a role at Wayfair? i was looking at the salary for a Sr Manager and it wasnt even close...

For product, you have to jump 2 levels. Wayfair starts at L1 so for the third tier at Amazon, itโs equivalent to L5. For engineering, itโs only 1 level. Wayfairโs L4 engineering band overlaps with Amazonโs L6. FYI most external recruits from Amazon in Wayfair seem to take a 2 level jump.
