Depends - if you’re in azure core but not in some core aws org then MS else Amazon if you’re in aws else MS if you are going to be in some sucky retail team at amzn

If you have even 1% confidence in your skills, just go for Amazon. Career growth (+ 💰) is better than MSFT and you don't have to worry about pip if you are a decent performer. As per my experience, Blind is very biased about it.
