Any suggestion on buying a Tenancy in common house?
Found some nice homes that are TIC. Realtor advised against those houses. Does anyone have any suggestions on such buying these homes?
OP are we looking at the same ones? Thereβs one TIC building where all the units are on sale. We can set up a HOA and change the entity!
