a technical recruiter with domain veear.com pinged me on linkedin and told me of a contract job for 12 months with apple for 67 dollars an hour as ml engineer. I just interviewed with someone for siri knowledge team for this position. he asked about my work experience. does apple ever use outside recruiters to find candidates for contract position. or is this a hoax. the person from veear.com did not share a job link to apple careers page. want a contract job for extra income. #tech #faang #apple
You get hired by the staffing agency and then assigned the role at the company.
These staffing agencies have contacts. They charge double rate to Apple and pay you half. Also interviews are set. Consultants are treated like a trash. Given busy work which means nothing. Apple can afford it since they have a lot of money. Avoid 1000%
