for performance review how do you guys survive or get 2/3 for innovation? there are many teams thag cant innovate. what innovation does accounting team do? if i see overall company itself has been lagging innovation . so why this hypocrisy on measly ICTs like me ?? fucking bs

There’s always ways to innovate in your job. For business roles it might be as simple as coming up with some new process improvements Ask your boss what their pain points are at work, and see how you can improve them

Actually no I got 9/9 this year. I busted my ass off. But expectations go up yoy.. managements wants me to come up with new ideas . Wtf is this? Somebody should yell at cook
