apple offer letter after verbal confirmation
Hi, how many days does it take for VP to approve the offer and to HR to get back to u? also what is the salary range amd benefits i can expect for 6 -7 years of experience in HW design ? i got verbal confirmation but HR hasnt yet gotten back to me yet . any inputs on this would be helpful
Base should be around 160 plus 150k stocks and bonus
Thanks ASIC! They are saying 150k base , 105k stocks and 15k bonus . Is it on low end of the offer ? As per them it is higher end of ICT3
For ICT3 that offer looks OK.
Takes about a week or so. What Marvell said is correct. Add a 20-50k sign on.

Apple is very slow... I had to wait a month for the real offer after the verbal one. I think one of the reviewers went on vacation and delayed the whole process.
