I have 2 offers. want to know the best way to negotiate. apple - ict3, 170k, 105k/4y, 10k. ML scientist. got this first, feels like low ball offer, recruiter said its final offer. visa research - 190k, 105k/3y, 10k. Research scientist. got this next, recruiter seems to be open to negotiation. for now, just matching my other offer and current base. profile - phd + 4y. 185k base. No rsu. bay area. should i just quote a number like 200k rsu & ask both recruiters ? #negotiateoffer
