Broadcom RSU
Since Hock Tan promises annual RSU refreshers, what does that look like ? I report to a sr mgr ( who was director in VMware )

I hear it’s about 85-90% of your base, but no refreshers in 2024 for VMware survivors as it’s been included in our welcome RSUs
isnt it 85-90 of base + bonus
If you stay Broadcom for 4 years, your RSU will be significantly more than your base + bonus and ICB5+ get paid more than FAANG equivalent due to over performing stock price.
A lot of us are doing pretty well right now due to our converted VMW RSUs too. I’m an ICB5.
I've heard we will get something in December.
Doubtful for vmw. Hearing from friends in bsg that we will learn allocations in March 2025 and they will hit account in early-late December 2025.
Ah ok so we will just migrate to the typical schedule. Figures lol. I wasn't allocated much so I was hopeful.
It will be decent. Otherwise nobody would defend Hock on blind :)
