They’ll be last. If recession happens, the less amount of tax dollars will force government to cut some projects. Our debt ceiling is already causing massive worry over there
If a big enough recession/ depression happens, a war will likely and unfortunately be the catalyst that gets us out of it. Defense is immune. Debt ceiling is made up, has been pushed up before, and will get pushed up again.
