It will depend on various factors. Always a good idea to be open with your recruiter if you need more time to evaluate the offer.

It depends on team, normally 7-10 days would be the practice
Exploding offers are never really exploding, it costs too much to reach consensus internally. Totally fine to ask for a week or something Unless you are getting hired as cto or something lol
