If you’re actually asking, seems overpriced. 1600 of living space for almost 1million seems high. Shocked at size for price. Look at nearby similar homes sold recently, should probably be about 800 or so. If seller wants to sell they should probably lower price

Yeah I think Seattle location is better than Lynnwood/Bothell of course due to commute time. But, I love Bellevue and Kirkland.
