I have Anthropic Codesignal screen coming up for SWE, those who have taken the test previously, can you please share your experience and questions? Thanks! Blind Tax: 340K, 10 YOE #engineering #software #swe #interview #anthropic #codesignal
I don’t share questions for interviews. Why help other people cheat? But I will say they seem to only care about fast solutions and passing a bunch of edge case tests. I don’t know if anyone looks at the code or just the score. I got all parts and tests right except one weird edge case in the final section. I had nicely designed and commented code, but I think that worked against me. The time was a little short given the amount of code to write. I could have fixed the last case but ran out of time and had to submit early. My score was very good IMO, like 770 out of 800 or whatever, but I got rejected since it wasn’t perfect. Overall I didn’t like the process. This kind of screening is annoying.
Wow that's insane.
F*k I got some thing like 83 percent, f**d up last question
I got 600/600 and finished the test in 65mins out of 90. A few tricks: 1 no need to do algo optimizations, use brute force if it can save 3 minutes. 2 be very familiar with CodeSignal, play around with it, do dome debugging. 3 write code piece by piece, verify a piece is correct before starting next. Finishing all code, ran into bug and do debugging will eat all your time.
Did u get industry framework or general framework?
I think everyone gets industry
Is this test proctored?
Code as fast as possible.
Can you share what sort of questions you got?
