I am a Senior Manager with SVP corp Title, joined a new team in last July and I got peanuts as Bonus in Feb this year, despite Excellent performance, I confronted my Manager, he tried to justify saying same for everyone across the Bank due to Covid. What was your Bonus at the early this year, should I switch to other company or find new role within. TC= 175K
How much was the bonus?

Your bonus xomes from a 360 review between execs. They clearly thought your contributions were less
That's not true. Your direct manager doesn't know what your bonus is until HR tells them. The company is trying to make it more equitable. So, if you make $100K a year, and someone on your team makes $80K.. They may give you a $10K bonus in that case and your co-worker $15K to make things more even.. We sat on a call where a HR said straight up that they didn't want us leaving the meeting thinking that our managers could use their bias in deciding compensation.
As I joined late mid year, Bonus for my DRs was also given by my Manager, one of them given 1700, he has been working here for over 15 years, other 5K.. This whole group numbers sucks. I landed in wrong group. It has nothing to do with Contribution.
VP 110K / bonus 15k
You'll be Soo much happier at at Wells, Truist or Ally. BofA pays terrible which has made poaching talent very easy
Band 5, $3000 GTO.
This is low ball, recommend you move internally

You've been burned by title inflation Wish you more TC in coming years
This 100%. I’ve noticed at big tech companies Senior Product Manager, ect have a lot more responsibility and stress than the equivalent of a bank.
Seriously need to change company.
