I was interviewed for a senior software position at ADP through 1 technical phone interview and 3 video conferencing interviews using Blue Jeans. The last round was yesterday. I feel all of the rounds went pretty well. I sent a thank you note to the recruiter yesterday but I haven't heard back from the recruiter yet. How much time does ADP take to finalize the decision? If you ask me why am I moving from Apple to ADP - The answer is I am a contractor at Apple. Thank you in advance!

BREAKING: Internal sources confirm another round of layoffs just hit emails at Tesla. For real.
Which team are you being hired for and where is the team? That makes a lot of difference.
I got the feedback. The recruiter says they need a lead developer and the feedback was I am at a senior level so they are not able to proceed with me this time. But if I am interested to be trained to be a lead, another team may have an opening but she has to confirm with that team. So I need to go through the whole interview process again?
Although the titles are same, your job responsibilities will change completely based on the team. So I am almost sure they will ask you to interview again. Don't be discouraged and titles aren't really a big deal at ADP. Just make sure you negotiate well on the compensation.
I only did an intern interview but I got an offer for that within a day. I got a return offer for a new grad role and that took about 1-2 months after my internship end date.
Depends how ling the role has been open and candidates in process. We are dinosaur slow compared to Bay area companies.
