Hello, I am interviewing for a Senior Scientist position at #Merck in #Rahway,NJ. Any idea what is the pay range and benefits? any comment on the company atmosphere? I have a PhD and 2 years of experience. Thanks in advance#career #merck #pharma
I echo the above poster, pay/benefits are decent. Has both pension and matching 401K. Health insurance is also decent, you get Merck drugs for free. It's not "free sushi for lunch" tech industry, but coming from the healthcare field, it's pretty good.

Pay and benefits are good around 120k and also have pension, 6.5% match 401k, maternal and paternal paid leaves in addition to 15 paid leaves. Atmosphere depends on what department you are joining?
