Currently with Safeco. Received one speeding ticket in 2021 and no fault claim in 2022. For one car they increased to $2400 per year for 100/250/500. Any better insurers out there? Costco insurance said no becuase of that speeding ticket and one no fault rear ended claim.

Try a local regional carrier, contact an insurer who sells multiple lines. Did you go to court to have that first ticket mitigated? In the future, if someone hits you make a third party claim on their insurance. If they don't have insurance, eat the cost yourself for anything under $10K. Unfortunately, if you use the insurance you are paying for you run the risk of it being cancelled.
