Ping pong table in living room ?

I'm planning to get a ping pong table to put in my living room. The idea is to fold it and put it aside after playing. Any experiences with something like this ? I'm wondering if there's any aspects that I can't think of now but may realize later. Details (not sure if they help but just in case) : I live in a rented 2 bedroom condo in Bellevue area. I feel that this is the best way to get some physical exercise given the mostly rainy days. I also enjoy ping pong. I plan to play with my wife. It's a plus if my 3 year old gets interested.

I have one. It's pretty straightforward. There is no experience to share for this lol. Just make sure there is plenty of space around the table (4-5 feet maybe?)

Yes, space is an obvious concern. I was interested in not-so- immediately-obvious ones like what happens when you move houses (movers may charge you a premium but shouldnt be too high I guess?). Do you run into any issues with your neighbours, landlord/owner etc (don't think so)

Any suggestions on which table to buy?

The only question is how long it will be before all it does is become a place to put junk.

Its pretty brainless. Eventually you'll be to lazy to use it and will regret buying it.

You mean it is brainless to buy one ?

Yeah, then playing ping pong in the room is not a good idea. I had a ping ping table in my college apartment for a summer. It was given to us for free by someone. We were abel to enjoy it because there were always a lot of people around to play. Eventually we got bored and gave it away to someone else.

We got one in March. Ans we play every day so we don’t fold it 😬
