H1B Transfer to Optum
I got accepted into a full time telecommuter role. Attorney has the documentation to file LCA with only the home address in FL. Do anyone see the benefit of adding the physical office location too in the future? Can we add physical office location address in MN even though our home address is in FL? If not, have offices in FL too Such as PERM processing/stamping at consulate/other reason? #workvisa #h1b #rfe #perm
Hi, I assume you are still working at Optum, so may I know the perm and GC policy ? Do they start soon or wait until the end of 6 years H1 period ? Thanks!
