Hey there, everyone! Just wanted to share some news—I recently wrapped up an interview for a Lead Software Engineer backend position at Disney/Hulu. The feedback I received was that I seem to be better suited for a Senior Software Engineer role due to my interview performance. It seems there might be some team headcount constraints for the position I interviewed for. So, if anyone knows the hiring manager at Disney/Hulu, I'd really appreciate an introduction, especially since my interview feedback is already in the system. Thanks a bunch!
Why don’t you just buy a very large wooden paddle and flog yourself instead? That would basically be the outcome of every day.
Best bet is to reach out to your recruiter who is familar with your hiring process and can connect you to the right people
Thanks mate!
