Starting a thread for non-tech roles at financial services data companies. Not limited to the big 4 in the title but would love to hear about some offers and salaries for non-tech roles. Sales, biz ops, strategy, general ops, data sourcing, etc. Sharing mine below. Please post functional area or level. #nontech #salary Function: Strategy TC: $225K ($175K base + 50K bonus) YOE: 11 City: HCOL

HCOL?
High cost of living
High Cost Of Living area (NYC, Chicago, Bay Area, etc.)
Function: Relationship Management - Private Bank TC: $185k ($125k + $60k bonus) YOE: 10 City: HCOL
FactSet Role: Analytics TC: $81K YOE: ~3 City: HCOL I recommend running far, far away. Be ready to work the jobs of 3 people for no additional comp.

Factset is sinking ship. Avoid it as much as you can.

Unlimited Terminal data is a benefit worth about $25k per year. That's what a subscription costs. So even adding that in, TC is still well below OP. Role: Strategy YoE - 7 TC - 196k Base - 167k Bonus - 29k (No, my bonus is not paid in terminal subscriptions) 😂
