Need tips for JPMorgan Chase UX interview questions?
Hi all! I am scheduled for a call with recruiter for a Sr UX designer position at JPMC. Also heard the interview processes are long and has multiple stages. Would appreciate your advices on how to prepare and what kind of questions will be asked. Above all what would be the ideal answers? It really depends on the team. The interview process isn’t long for my team. I would say it could stand to be longer actually. In either case, my advice would be to orient your interview around your top 2 or 3 skills (do not say you’re good at everything) and then talking about your work in a logical manner which highlights your use of those key skills, shows initiative, and demonstrates a healthy level of relationship-orientedness (that is to say, please acknowledge cross-functional partners/teamwork).
