Hello, One of my friends has interviewed with Siemens Healthineers for a full-time position in NJ. It's been a week since the onsite interview. The HR was very prompt in replying until the day before interview but there has been no reply/update on the decision timeline post-interview. The status on the portal still says "Interviewing". How long does it usually take for Siemens to make a decision after onsite? Appreciate your help! Thanks!
It all depends on the situation. Sometimes HR is screening and developing a group to interview with the hiring manager. This may take up to 1-3 weeks. It’s also summertime, and maybe the person is in PTO.
Took me about 2 weeks
There is typically hiring freeze each spring at Siemens, SOP. However they are hiring for 17 positions starting fiscal year Oct 2019 reapply
It took them 6 months to offer me a position
Wow- same here!
It takes 2-3 weeks
Min 3-4 weeks
I interviewed at Siemens Healthineers in 2019. It took them 11 days to send the offer letter. I interviewed at the Bangalore office. Not sure what the turnaround time is in the US.
Tell your friend to post here! We’ll let him know what’s up.
*She would have but she doesn't have a work email and has read-only access on Blind.
I would just tell her to reach out to HR and say she’s excited about the position/team and when can she expect to hear back
