Seattle companies with easy interviews? (SWE)

In case of layoffs, which Seattle area companies are easy to get a SWE job at? For example, I used to live in the midwest and certain non-tech companies have easy interviews so you could always go there in case of layoffs. E.g. machinery companies like Cummins, John Deere, etc. The TC is low (like $20k less than competitors) so they are always hiring, regardless of the economy, and the interviews are pretty easy, like fizzbuzz and behavioral questions only.
