How’s Life at Lattice ?
Hey all, I wanted to inquire about Lattice. A recruiter reached out about some of their PM roles and I was trying to assess what folks’ experience is like there ? How’s the culture , Wlb, compensation ? I’m currently a Sr pm (6+ YOE), tc is around $275k. Seems like they are now allowing remote first roles as well.
I recommend it to people who are able to be highly effective in their jobs without having to do over 40 hour weeks to keep up. It’s a rocket ship and the talent and culture here is really good.
How’s the compensation overall ? Are they still giving healthy amounts of equity ?
I don’t know where current offers are coming in, but I will say that recruitment is very transparent on ranges once you’ve passed the interview process. Interview process also serves to place your level, so you might get a pretty massive range up front. For what it’s worth though, I’m extremely happy with my compensation. TC (including equity) for me is in the 500-600k range (don’t want to get too much more specific because we’re still relatively small for Blind standards)
