Pros: Great wlb and good TC. Lots of free food and fun events. Many fun projects in the pipelines Cons: Won’t ipo for few more years. But buybacks by company occur often enough for you to cash the vested stock. Source: my friend who works there but can’t see posts in tech lounge in Blind.
How competitive is their TC? I'm at 5yoe making ~250k. Can they match?
I was told their pay is also very competitive and pay equivalent to most big tech companies. You should probably post in miscellaneous tab next time instead of tech lounge so that more people can see this and answer.
