banking/fintech credit risk/analytics referrals?

Hi all, Currently In wholesale credit risk analytics with TC of 140K (flat last 1.5 years despite being recognized as a top performer). I have 5YOE in analytics (3Yoe product/web analytics and almost 2 in current role) enjoy my job but just feeling unmotivated after this year’s comp discussion and lack of future growth in current role. Open to anything referrals wise and making new connections. Blind community helped me go from 1.5 YOE and 50k TC to where I’m at now and I’m eternally grateful for you all (was able to get married and start a family etc.) I saw some interesting credit strategy/risk/analytics roles at Sofi and other fintech lending firms that pay a lot higher which I’d love referrals for if anyone would be kind to provide as well.
