I am expecting an offer from Geico for Senior SWE position.
Could you please share what Geico pays max for this position?

Geico does not have RSU or bonus. Only while joining they might offer a joining bonus which will be divided between 3-6 months first year. It’s only base and the total TC for a senior would be ~200k (ceiling). If you come in you will face lot of non-cooperation from the existing team members because they don’t like the new leadership and the changes being suggested.
It’s a flat salary structure, only Base. There is no RSU, just joining bonus. The joining bonus will be given after month 1 and month 6. That’s it. I am talking till
sr Engg level. Not sure how that will be for Principal and above.
