Meta no cool off period?
One of my friend interviewed at meta and he said it was good but no offer and recruiter mentioned no cool period it seems, I was like that's not true(well I might be wrong), wanted ti check here why no cool off period and what does that mean? #tech #meta #Facebook
My cool off period is 6 months from my last interview. They have a cool off period regardless of whether you did well or not. If he did well he will have to wait 6 months. If he did bad then 1 year
Recruiter here. Feedback is good for a year, so if the feedback is positive, they have a year to find a team. If they failed, they have to wait 12 months before they can interview again.
If no cool off mentioned it's default to a year
Explicitly mentioned no cooling period and can apply right away.
Really depends on current market situation and recruiters
