Official email from CEO came out today. Also says if your manager is not at your physical location that will not be allowed. Worth saying that there are still full-remote employees albeit exceedingly rare unless you're in sales.
Tf is Fiserv
4 days in the office followed by a 3 day weekend 👀?
So manager needs to be at the same site as worker?
So manager will visit reportees everyday. How nice
It's dumb at s***
Got the email today. Prior to First Data take-over and COVID, Fiserv used to be forward thinking and agile - now reverting to 20th outdated "in-office". There will be more people leaving due to this policy.
cool, leave for what company? this aint 2021 chief
Lol noone cares. Leave at will.
This is a good start. At least those that come in will get money circulating again for the local economy.
Impossible to recruit talent with this policy. Especially millennial/gen z who don’t think like the boomers and gen Xer.
Hey, I dont see the email yet. What do you mean by manager is not at your physical location? My manager is not in the same location as mine, not sure what will happen.
Great to see
Why is this great to see, what does it matter you?
