Reached out by a recruiter for a Lead Engineer role. Product looks interesting as they are migrating to cloud native model. How’s company culture, work life and IPO plans given the current market condition? Want to see if it’s a good opportunity or a time waste interviewing. Tc: 🥜
There is a lot of interesting engineering work to be done. Pay is better than Microsoft.
Exabeam at one point did have a good culture. Not anymore. They are trying to IPO or be sold. So it is a numbers game at this point.
