Fired from Shopify. Help me choose, Stack overflow vs Amazon vs Startup
I was fired yesterday because my project was shutdown. Current TC: 70k gbp Yoe : 4 Amazon : managed kafka team. London. 80k/23k/3.5k gbp Stack overflow : 85k/15k/0 gbp Start up(fintech) : 85k/-/10k gbp I am preferring Stack overflow as their role is promising and I guess they might survive recession. Please share if you know about their wlb. Amazon: I am hesitating because of their wlb. I am not preferring fintech startup. I was lucky enough to be fired with 4 month Severance and stocks with vesting cliff removed and few offers in hand. #amazon #stackoverflow #london #recession

Stackerflow seems to be good! Google seems to be in a hiring freeze. Not a lot of options at the moment I guess
