Workday is undefeated
I can’t believe it is year 2023 and yet poor quality tools from workday and service-now are in use.
Trying applying to jobs at Walmart.
Try applying to Workday. No joke, you can upload a resume and you don't have to type anything out. Blew my mind!
Workday steps: register for an account> log in to account> upload resume> fill out experience and education> answer random company specific questions> answer diversity questions> answer veteran status and visa questions> submit (and submission fails sometimes). I’m judging all the companies that use workday. @eBay and PayPal looking at you.
I just don’t apply
Applicants should get paid to apply through Workday.
If you really wanna make workday mad, just say it'd be better if they didn't RTO
I remember their ex-CEO Aneel saying "5 days is too much family time" when they were full remote.
If I have to apply for a job through workday I would pass that job.
Use the extension Simplify. Automates filling my entire workday job application. I complete it in a minute now
Doesn’t work as smoothly as with lever or greenhouse, always some errors you got to feel and those employment declarations
Still a lot faster than doing manually
Try using brassring, way worse
Can't believe that garbage still exists.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ID-1mzRAew No you don't understand, it's rockstar software, it's the user's fault not the multi-national corp.
When you go to apply for a cool job on your phone and it has a workday URL. It’s very personal indeed.
Indeed lol I see what you did there
