Salary wise Disney is way higher as they do have stocks as a part of their compensation while Yum does not have it. I have heard that Disney has a lot of chaos and many times there are no clear directions. Yum brands on the other hand are pretty stable and no-nonsense company I feel. For SW engineering position, which company has better tech and growth scope? Any recommendations? Also for a Manager role any insights into compensation across the two companies. Checked Glassdoor and Levels, but they do not have enough data. Finally any insights into RTO for Disney? Share some info if you have it. Thank you all. #e-commerce #retail #media #streaming 15 yrs exp. TC: 300k
Yum can be very political at a managerial level, also hybrid work if you're near an office. But half day Fridays for U.S staff and lots of random perks
Is it the Manager or Senior Manager position at Disney?
Manager role.
