Glassdoor has lot of reviews from health coaches being underpaid and over worked. However, there isn’t much information on WLB, culture and compensation structure for engineering. Could any of the current or former employees share their thoughts ? Thank you.

People at Noom are genuinely nice. The management also seems to be transparent which is refreshing. Also, good perks (wfh, food budget, tech budget)
Noom health coach here. I am paid 40k with no opportunities for advancement. While Noom culture is great for many located onsite (NYC) for those of us that are remote, it’s toxic and disingenuous.
