Ive got a recruiter call coming up. How is it working there? Ive heard terrible things lol
It's probably worth at least taking the call but the Glassdoor doesn't lie. If you have a job you enjoy now, I wouldn't recommend leaving for a new opportunity here. I was shocked when I joined that average tenure was around 1-1.5 years; <6 months in, it became very evident why.
When did you join?
Summer 2019
Where about? I don't know about the NYC office but if you are in Ireland they are pretty solid. Salary and benefits are good as well.
Avoid. PM org is chaotic. Always a new PM head on the chopping block. Company lacks strategy and direction. Constant politics and power struggle at the top, which I guess is expected but feels way more than normal. Engineering is better but can’t do their jobs effectively when product can’t get their shit straight.
Which role?

I would suggest take the call and see how it goes but it's a ever changing organization. Always new leadership with new visions
